Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and carefully prepared before shipment. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your item ships.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Orders over $150 USD ship free to EU destinations (Western EU, Nordic EU, and Eastern EU countries).
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Western EU (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain): 7–14 business days
- Nordic EU (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland): 10–16 business days
- Eastern EU (Czech Republic, Poland): 10–16 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–21 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
All international orders ship via DHL eCommerce.
Delivery Guarantee We are committed to delivering your order within 30 days of purchase. If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, we will notify you promptly and you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Customs, Duties & VAT Orders shipped to the European Union and other international destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. PacNW Kraft Kreations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Support@pnwkk.com within 30 days of your order date and we will make it right.
Returns & Withdrawal Rights EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
